The Consortium for Development of Polesine CONSVIPO, has been established in 1963 by the
It operates as Agency for the development of the territory and has a deep impact to the local and regional policies.
The mission of the Consortium for development of Polesine - Agency for Local Development- is to operate in synergy with Institutions, Autonomous Functions, Economic and Social Agencies for economic development, compatible with the peculiarity of the territory, as well as social growth.
The realisation of the mission is realised through:
- Elaboration and realisation of actions for economic animation;
- Support to competitiveness of the local productive system;
- Development of infrastructures present on the territory;
- Organisation of productive areas and starting of new settlements;
- Attraction of new investors and integration with the sub-supply system diffused on the territory;
- Consolidation of negotiated programming actions;
- Reinforcement of activities of administrative simplification and technologic innovation;
- Development and coordination of the interventions and opportunities finalised to the Polesine Area.
CONSVIPO since ’90 working in the field of planning projects at European level. Within 2007-2013 UE Programme period, 2 sectors develop and implement projects, both in the most Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes and in EU Programmes.
This allows to create an efficient and strong network of relationships and collaborations at European, national and regional level. This network assures to the Consortium a good management and a frequent exchange of good practices and knowledge.
